Startup Summer School 2020 will take the participants on a roller coaster 🎢 ride of entrepreneurship — transforming Ideas into a Business in 4 Weeks. Participants are learning Leadership & Purpose of Life in the first week from Motivational Speakers, Leadership Experts, Military Leaders and Global Thought Leaders. Second week will be a Design Thinking for Innovation Sprint — introducing Human-Centric Design and innovating products that Customers want. Third week will be Building a Startup Sprint — where participants will learn how to build a brand. Last & fourth week will cover Startup Growth & Scaling strategies.

Brig Muhmmad Aslam has an elaborate Military, Govt, Corporate & Development Sector experience — serving with Pakistan Army, Faisalabad Electric Supply Company (FESCO), National Commission for Human Development (NCHD), UNDP & Mari Petroleum Company Limited (MPCL).
Discipline is the foundation of Leadership — Discipline is the prime learning from Military. Live Life to the fullest. Leaders go against odds & not try to please everyone. Leaders take responsibility for all the actions of his/her team. Appreciate your team. Take care of your employees, they will take care of your Business. Don’t try to do everything by yourself. Delegation is important for the success of a leader. Habits of a leader is being observed by his/her followers. A leader is tested when the Chips are down. Don’t try to please everyone. Be a good follower first, if you want to be a great leader.
Take initiatives — Plan ahead — move fast — keep your opponents guessing — make it happen — Done is better than Perfect. Always put some extra effort. One Degree can change everything. Water Boils till 211 degrees & becomes steam at 212 — steam drives engines.
